Billy’s Gin

Our small batch, hand crafted artisan Gin, was born & distilled on site, during our 2017 Bonfire Night event by our friends at Stillonthemove! Utilising over 10 botanicals in the distillation process, we tried to incorporate local & fresh local ingredients, including gutweed foraged off the fleet lagoon.

We also tried to keep our Gin true to its bonfire inspired theme with smokey paprika & liquorice used as key botanicals. Paired perfectly with FeverTree Mediterranean tonic, sit and watch local windsurfers and the world sail by.
